Charles D. Ferguson is an Associate in the Litigation Department. He focuses primarily on civil rights and debtor-creditor matters.
Mr. Ferguson was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida International University. While attending Florida International University, and before attending law school, Mr. Ferguson spent nearly fourteen years with First Union National Bank. During his tenure with First Union, Mr. Ferguson managed the Southern Regional Collection operation for the state of Florida. He was responsible for the collection of over two hundred million dollars in retail assets.
Mr. Ferguson was later promoted to Assistant Vice-President and Indirect Lender in First Union’s Sales Finance Division, where he consistently maintained the overall highest ranking portfolio in his division. After a long and successful career in banking, Mr. Ferguson decided to become an attorney.
Mr. Ferguson attended St. Thomas University School of Law and graduated in August 2003. In law school, Mr. Ferguson was a member of the Student Bar Association and received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Sixth Amendment in Modern Jurisprudence."
